ROOF COATING
Why replace if you can re-coat?  DCI-Inc is now offering from our manufacturer a 20 year material and labor replacement warranty on our two part sprayed roof coating system.  This system can be utilized on metal panel, modified bitumen, asphalt built up roofing, single ply TPO, EPDM, hypalon and PVC roofing.

SINGLE-PLY
All of our new, Commercial Single-Ply Roofing systems come with 10, 15, or 20 year manufacturer's material only warranty option. 

METAL ROOF PANELS
DCI-Inc installs all panel styles of Metal Sales Manufacturing which comes with a 30 to 50 year warranty.

Roof Maintenance Programs

INSPECTIONS
All of our completed comercial roof systems will be inspected by our QCO (Quality Control Officer) and a Manufacturer's Representitive.  Upon completion of inspection a report will be made available to you along with the option of entering a maintenance agreement.

MAINTENANCE AGREEMENTS
​DCI-Inc offers bianual and quarterly roof inspection/maintenance programs.  This will allow you to worry about business, while DCi-inc focuses on your roof.  These programs are an affordable way to ensure your roof will last, and your investment will be protected for years to come.
