DCI-Inc Company Philosophy
DCI-Inc is a Recently formed general engineering contracting company located in California. DCI-Inc holds A, B, and C-39 licenses in California and is currently seeking licenses in HI, NV, AZ, NM, TX, and CO. We are certified Small Business (SBE), Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE), Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB), and Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). DCI’s five board of directors have over 155 years of successful contracting experience in both the public and private sectors.

Through pre-planning, value engineering, experienced foresight and a workforce of conscientious hard working employees, we are determined to deliver to our clients the best product, in the best time, without controversy or conflict.

Community Moral Obligation
Coming from an agricultural upbringing, family and community have always been priority #1. We ask all of our employees to contribute one hour to community for every 100 hours of paid employment. Historically this has been fulfilled through donation runs, little league coaching, youth mentoring programs, school field trips, volunteering at church or veteran events, AA sponsorship, community work days or anything that involves making this a better world for others. We are firm believers that at the end of our days, what we have done is much more important than what we have accumulated.
